At HURACAN APPAREL, Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. 
Please carefully read our policy below.

We have a 14 day returns period from the moment you receive your delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition. We are unable to accept returns which show any signs of wear, or without their swing tags and original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our team by using our contact form & setting the subject as Return or Exchange.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please follow this process to esndure a smooth & successful Return or Exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible for you. If we can clearly see from photos that your order is damaged we can send you a replacement to ensure you are not kept waiting or at your choice we can offer a Gift Card as an alternative or a full refund.

Exchanges

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a Gift Card. Please note that if product is not Faulty customers are responsible for shipping the item back and for costs involved.

Before Ordering, please use our size Charts provided to ensure Size satisfaction and the perfect fit.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact the email above to start an exchange or for any questions. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not based on its received condition overall. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days. However, of course If your order is faulty and can provide clear evidence, Once approved you will be entitled to replacement or a gift card or a full refund. On Faulty Goods only, shipping costs will be provided.

Postage

For change of mind returns, postage will need to be paid by customer.
